CORE-dio:

LOW IMPACT Engage in a series of strength & cardio exercises designed to build strength, endurance, and agility during this heart pumping, Tabata timed circuit!

Dance Fusion:

Consists of a mashup of Zumba and Commit dance exercise. A heart-pumping, high-energy mix of dance styles with a great blend of music genres!

​​

​​Floor and Core:

LOW IMPACT Challenging but gentle mat work with dumbbells. Focus is on core and postural control muscles! 

 

Full Body STRENGTH:

Full body strength circuits and Tabata routines using machines and free weights. Power through your workout with a coach and friends.​

​

HYROX:

'World Series of Fitness Racing' training. HYROX is a fierce and fun fitness challenge centered around an endurance training regimen that is the ultimate race-style workout. You will surely elevate your limits and increase your athleticism!

​

Stretchercise:

Less intense positions compared to yoga with more intensive balance and isometric work. It will lengthen AND strengthen your muscles in ways you'll love!
