In this workshop, we'll cover another foundational movement for improving strength and wellness: The Deadlift!

We want to make sure every lady at the RACC feels confident in their form and their strength! We will cover the form, mechanics, recommended warm-ups, and post Deadlift stretches.

​This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other ladies focused on strength and ensure you are exercising with the proper form!
