Strength & Strike, a high-energy cardio kickboxing class with strength intervals designed to build endurance, power, and confidence.

Created and led by Jess Aas, this one-of-a-kind class is only available at the Rehab & Athletics Community Center (RACC). You’ll punch, kick, and lift your way through an electrifying full-body workout that will leave you stronger, faster, and more empowered than ever.
